beautiful place situated in southern part of Kannur district.
Apsara is one of the leading bakers in Kannur district and having secured ISO
22000:2005 Certification for Food Safety Management Systems for its hygiene
and cleanliness maintained in baking units.
NOW: In order to ensure the availability of fine quality and tasty products at a reasonable
price, Apsara is extending its services by opening its own branches throughout the
major cities of Kannur. Now it turns to be a new generation bakery with lots of
varieties in savouries, sweets, cakes etc. Apsara copes up with new market trend
with lots of their own ideal product. The strategy behind the success is providing best

Early of 1980s Mr KV Mayan started a single shop with countable items, but as time passed, by God’s grace it extended in to its home town with more than 120 self productions. More than 120 staff is employed in its wholesale retail and bakery coolbar and 3 major production units. Now Apsara is one of the leading bakers in Kannur district. ‘Taste the best’ – we still focus on this tag line…
